Notice to California Customers Regarding AB 1263

Phase 5 Weapon Systems Inc. is one of the few remaining firearms component related manufacturers in California. We do not agree with AB 1263 and the gross new regulations it is imposing on CA citizens. We wholeheartedly believe this is an unjust attack on the people of California that wish to protect themselves. At this point, we simply do not have a choice on compliance until we challenge and remove these excessive burdens in the courts. We will not abandon our friends and fellow Californians!

We are reviewing AB 1263 with legal counsel and IT professionals to find the best way for us to continue online sales to our CA customers. We are very aware of the privacy concerns with submitting your identification online for a simple purchase. For this reason, we will not rush through this process. We will implement a system that is the safest possible method to protect your privacy. However, implementation of this system will take time to complete.

With this in mind, we respect your freedom to choose how you purchase legal products and this law does not affect distribution of our components to FFL dealers in California, so we encourage you to support local dealers for purchasing.

We will continue accepting online orders for direct shipment through Christmas, December 25th. Since we are in California with you, delivery times will be quick, this allows us to process orders on December 26^th for delivery before the law is in effect January 1^st. After this date, there will be a temporary pause on buying and shipping to a California addresses until we confidently implement the most secure system for our customers that complies with this new law.

Again, while we work through this, please support your local dealers. If they do not stock Phase 5 components, ask them to contact us directly and we can get them set up on the same day. Also, please support the 2nd Amendment organizations that fight in the courts for our freedom. The inevitable court cases coming will be our best chance to get this unjust law overturned.
