WARRANTY POLICY

All parts should be installed by a licensed, experienced GUNSMITH. You must consider the importance of every aspect involved with a proper installation. Improperly installed components can cause malfunctions, weapon failures, serious injury or even death. PHASE 5™ WILL NOT WARRANTY COMPONENTS DAMAGED BY CUSTOMERS DURING INSTALLATION. All Phase 5 WSI assemblies and components have a lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defects.

Warranty Issues: email tech@phase5wsi.com with the details of the issue you are experiencing. Please include your name and contact information.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

You must contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase for any returns or exchanges. Email Returns@phase5wsi.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Form. Please include your name, contact information and order number. All returns and exchanges must be in original condition. Any product returned DAMAGED/USED is subject to a 20% refurbishing fee. We do not accept returns or exchanges for apparel. Customer is liable for all shipping charges on non-defective items.

Clearance/Discontinued Items: returns and exchanges will not be accepted on Clearance Section or Discontinued Items. If there is a manufacturing defect/issue with the Clearance/Discontinued product you received, contact CustomerService@phase5wsi.com for help.
